ROBOT NIGHTMARE

When Archie woke up in the morning he still thought it was 2017. He just didn’t know how wrong he was. He gazed out the window trying to see through the steaming fog. His jaw dropped wide open, he blinked twice to see if he was still dreaming, but it wasn’t a dream. He saw flying cars and robots travelling around a futurist city.

He almost fainted looking down at the tiny people and robots below, but then he quickly remembered what happened. He was at his factory holding a bag, with something strange, something out of the blue, something no one can explain inside it. And that is all that he could remember until waking up a few minutes ago in his nice, warm bed.

Archie decided to go back to the factory. He went to his garage and saw the most coolest car in the world, he had a flying Lamborghini 6000. He was amazed that he could even afford one, even in the future. Archie was just getting it started but then for some reason he already knew how to fly the car (It just popped into his head).

When he got to the factory, something was off, nobody was there. It was just him. When he looked up to see if his boss was in his office, he saw something strange. He saw something big and horrendous, but… made of metal. That’s when he knew it was a robot.

As the robot was coming down it smashed through a window. Archie saw something sparkle in the corner underneath a regular truck. He couldn’t believe his eyes, it was the bag. There was a sigh of relief, but as he slowly turned his head straight the robot was already right next to him. The robot scanned him to see if he had any weapons with him, luckily, he didn’t because the robot had ten burning lasers, five machine guns, sixteen pistols and one bazooka, aiming right at his head. The robot told Archie it’s name is Rade and that he is looking for a bag that sparkles like nobody has ever seen before. Archie was about to tell him, but then he felt something in his pocket. It was a note. It said…...“don’t trust them.”

So when Archie looked back at Rade he saw something sharp in it’s hand. With all his strength, Archie grabbed the biggest shard of glass he could see and threw it at the Rade’s eye. Rade screamed in anger and tried so hard to pull the glass out. Archie quickly ran to the bag and opened it. Everything started glowing bright blue.

Then all of a sudden, Archie woke up in his bed. Outside was bright, and the sun was rising. He had a sigh of relief and thought “huh what a weird dream”. But as Archie was lying down in his soft bed, a big red eye from far away was looking at him. The eye stared at him, winked and disappeared. Archie knew this wasn’t over.

The Mighty Gorilla
Mighty gorillas live in forests in tropical Africa, including Rwanda. Few animals have sparked the imagination of man as much as the gorilla who are the last members of the biggest living apes. They are endangered and we need less people hunting gorillas and more people protecting their habitats.

What do Gorillas look like?
Gorillas look a little bit like monkey’s, they have fingers as their feet, but in a weird shape.  All gorillas are hairy. They have hair on their head, arms, legs, cheeks and stomach. The rest of their body is hard, shiny black skin. They have a huge head and big nostrils. Their nose print is the same as a human's fingerprint. No two are the same.
Not all gorillas look the same. Some have a silver-back and are always male. The gorillas that have a silver-back are the leader’s.
Gorillas behaviour
Gorillas live in groups called troops that are made up of 1 to 4 adult males, the boss are called the silver-back. Some of the childish males are called black backs. Many females and their babies make up the rest of the troop. They spend the day looking for food, playing or grooming each other. At night they make a nest using leaves to sleep in. s
Silver-back gorillas are the kings of the forest, so if someone threatens one of their family, then you're threatening one of the king's troop, it would get so angry and try to kill you. I’m warning you gorillas in Africa are dangerous but most of the time they are harmless .

What they eat
Gorillas love to eat. They need to eat lots of food otherwise they will die and be extinct. Gorillas are vegetarians so they only eat healthy food. They mostly eat wild celery, bamboo, thistles, stinging nettles and variety of plants.

Where they live

Gorillas live in lots of different places. If you want to find some gorillas, the places you should find most gorillas places like dense forests and woodlands in Africa. Some are up 10,000 feet up in the mountain, a cloudy, misty place that is cold. Where they are is influenced by food available to eat. Gorillas are also rulers of the forest.

I think that gorillas deserve more than to be hunted by our own kind. We need to protect these intelligent animals and make sure that they survive for future generations.
